Mascarelli Studios, LLC Google Search Ads Service Terms of Service

Introduction
Welcome to Mascarelli Studios, LLC! We are delighted to have you as a client for our Google Search Ads Management services. Please carefully read and understand these Terms of Service ("Terms") before using our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
2.1 Google Search Ads Management: Mascarelli Studios, LLC ("Company") provides Google Search Ads management services to help clients promote their businesses online. These services include the creation, optimization, and ongoing management of Google Ads campaigns.
2.2 Online Reputation Management Software: In addition to the Google Ads service, we also provide a reputation management service designed to collect reviews and monitor and improve your online reputation.
2.3 Website Maintenance: With the monthly ad service we also include Care Member 1 maintenance plan for your website. This includes monthly site plugin and theme updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring, WordPress core updates, and technical error resolution.
Service Fees, Setup Fee, and Advertising Spend
As a client of Mascarelli Studios, LLC, you agree to save a credit card on file with our invoicing system. This credit card will be used for automatic billing of the one-time setup fee of $600 USD and the recurring monthly service fee of $350 USD. In addition to the monthly service fee, you are responsible for covering the advertising spend required for your Google Ads campaigns.
3.1 Advertising Spend Payment: You must also save a credit card on file within your Google Ads account to cover the advertising spend associated with your campaigns. This credit card will be used exclusively for advertising costs incurred within your Google Ads account and is charged monthly. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Google Ads account has a valid and up-to-date payment method to cover these expenses.
Billing and Payment
4.1 Billing Cycle: The billing cycle begins on the date of the initial agreement and recurs every month thereafter.
4.2 Payment: Payment for the one-time setup fee of $600 USD and the monthly service fee of $350 USD will be automatically charged to the credit card saved on file in our invoicing system. Advertising spend will be billed directly through your Google Ads account payment method.
4.3 Notice of Cancellation: To cancel our services, you must provide written notice by email at least seven (7) days before the start of the next billing cycle. Failure to provide timely notice may result in charges for the next billing cycle.
Termination
5.1 Termination by Client: You may cancel our Google Ads management service at any time by providing written notice at least seven (7) days before the start of the next billing cycle. However, please note that the Online Reputation Management Software and website maintenance service will also be terminated if you choose to cancel the Google Ads management service.
5.2 Termination by Mascarelli Studios, LLC: We reserve the right to terminate your services for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment or violation of these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranty
6.1 Results May Vary: It’s important to note that the performance of Google Ads campaigns can vary based on numerous factors, including market dynamics, industry competitiveness, and seasonality. While we strive for exceptional results, it’s essential to recognize that no advertising campaign is guaranteed to deliver identical outcomes.
6.2 Campaign Duration: To achieve meaningful insights and consistent performance, campaigns typically need to run for a minimum of 7 days. However, we strongly recommend longer campaign flights, such as 2-4 weeks, for optimal results.
6.3 Long-Term Approach: While immediate results are often achievable, we also emphasize the value of a long-term approach to advertising.

Changes to Terms
Mascarelli Studios, LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. You will be notified of any material changes to these Terms.
